7 Days of Yoga


 
  • 10am every day

  • Monday - Friday: 60 min yoga + 30 min chat*

  • Saturday & Sunday 75 min yoga + 30 min chat*

  • On Demand by 2pm each day

  • One ‘Rest & Digest’ Sound Bath Meditation

  • Props needed: Yoga Tune Up Balls, a strap and 2 blocks (suggested)

  • Bring a journal as we will also have writing prompts for some sessions.

  • Daily email full of action and writing prompts to enhance your cleanse.

  • If you can’t stay for the chat, that is okay! I outline a lot in the daily email to help keep you in the loop. The chat sometimes goes over as needed.

  • Timing-wise, the actual yoga flow begins within the first 10 minutes. Some days will start with a brief writing prompt, meditation, or breath work to focus us for the practice. There is a five minute break between yoga and chat.

  • Live on zoom, pacific standard time. Available On Demand through July 4.

 

Beauty truly comes from within. Wanna get beach ready? Sure that can happen. But, the greater gift is how cleansing, staying dedicated and being in community makes us feel inside. This is where we emanate a sense of the light body.

Start Fresh This Summer

 

Y’all it’s time to live our lives. It’s time to start fresh. It’s time to feel the gifts of being alive in our bodies and to create a clear channel so that all inspiration can come through. To get started on our journey together, here are a few suggestions to prepare.

Check out The Clean Program and their recommended guide on how to prepare which includes a shopping list for all the foods we will enjoy on our cleanse.  As well, they outline a more comprehensive list of foods to avoid.

During a cleanse, we off-load many toxins. Doing a ‘pre-cleanse’ can help this transition. As we reset healthy habits, the body will start to feel more energized.

Bring a journal. We will have daily prompts & suggestions to open up this personal journey. This is a whole body & lifestyle experience. Putting pen to paper brings great clarity.

Why Cleanse?

We may not have control over everything, but one thing we can take charge of is our capacity for body love. This is the central intention of our cleanse: Body love. We begin by loving our body even if there are things we want to change about it so it feels healthier. We recognize that a cleanse can be a loving act of self care.

I’ve been doing the Clean Program since 2009. (See my testimonial). I feel great every time I do it. I love that we eat whole foods and I always have enough energy. The Yoga Body Cleanse program is designed to facilitate a total body reset in the most nourishing way.

Personally, I can easily slip into old habits without a practice. I’ll reach for too much sugar and wheat in my diet when really I simply want to feel better inside. I know I’m not alone. We don’t just need healthy habits. We need each other. We need community. Let’s do this together.

The cost of the cleanse includes the yoga classes and guided curriculum during the week. This does not include cost of food, the Clean 7 kit or supplements you may choose to invest in. Classes will be available on demand each day. The entire cleanse, along with access to our private resource page will be available through July 4th.

 
 
Doing the 21 Day Yoga Cleanse with Alex was nothing short of magnificent. I feel so much stronger, not only in my yoga, but just in life, in breath, in daily things that I bump up against.
