  • Ease In with a Pre-Cleanse:

  • Get your Props: Grab your blocks and a strap for class.  For Wednesday livestream classes, we will use myofascial balls.  You can order them here or grab two tennis balls and a sock and make your own.

So, why cleanse—year after year? We may not have control over everything, but one thing we can always take charge of is our capacity for body love. This is the foundation of every Yoga Body Cleanse: Body Love. We begin by loving our bodies as they are — even if there are things we want to change to feel healthier. A cleanse can be a loving act of self-care and self-empowerment.

Cleansing is an excellent way to reignite healthy patterns that reduce inflammation, boost energy, and improve body and brain function.

I’ve been doing the Clean Program since 2009, and every time I do it, I feel amazing. I love that it focuses on whole foods and always gives me enough energy to keep up with my busy life.
