FAQ’s

How hard is the yoga? I’m kind of a beginner?

All levels are welcome! At the same time, you will need to have facility in your body to hold your body weight in a plank pose and some other poses. You will also need to be able to move from standing to the floor with good ability.

What if I have to miss a class?

This is self-paced challenge. The challenge is to do one class by the end of each day. If you skip a day, what really matters is that you begin again.

Will I be hungry?

One of the primary tenets of this cleanse is to eat when hungry. We also suggest a minimum 12-hour window between your last meal at night and first meal in the morning. This is to assist your bodies digestive process. In the beginning, you may feel some hunger if your body is accustomed to having a lot of sugar.

Will you provide a meal plan?

While we do not assign a set menu of meals, we will provide resources to find good recipes during the Yoga Body Cleanse program.

Do I have to do the Clean Kit from the Clean Program?

No. You can simply follow the clean eating protocols if you prefer.

What are Yoga Tune Up balls? Why do I need to order them?

These are myofascial massage therapy balls. We will use them in several classes. While we are cleansing, we move toxins in the body. Working with the fascia in yoga allows us to have a deeper experience of the cleanse. So, yes. Get your balls!

I’ve struggled with an eating disorder in the past, if I do the ‘Clean and True’ plan, do you think I’ll be okay?

I warmly welcome everyone to our program, emphasizing the significance of creating a safe and supportive space for all participants. If you have a history of eating disorders, I encourage you to consult with a healthcare professional, therapist, and/or support group sponsor to determine whether this program is suitable for your current well-being. Your health and comfort are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that this experience is positive and empowering for you.
