FAQ

Where exactly do I park?

When you drive to the location, be sure to keep driving to the very last parking lot. There will be a point where you really can’t go any further and you will see the big beautiful rock in the picture shown on this page.

Should I practice on a yoga mat or towel?

That is up to you. Bring an extra towel if you choose to practice on your towel.

Is there a bathroom?

Yes. There is public restroom right where we park which is right next to the beach.

How long is the yoga and everything else?

Plan on the being there for the full 3 hour window. Some may hang out after or go get lunch together. We will start with a meditation and some journal prompts. We move into a full yoga practice (flow + yin). From there, the order of things may shift a bit. We will have another meditation session, sound bath, sangha circle and cold plunge.

Will it be sunny and hot? Or cold and overcast?

No matter what the weather forecast says, bring something light and hat for a hotter morning. Also, bring something in case it’s cool up there. If you are sensitive to sun, consider wearing something light with sleeves.
